Land Acquisition
Land contamination can be a complicated and costly issue to remedy. Hazrem Environmental understands this, and therefore offers a unique service that allows landowners to transfer their risk liability. This transfer is subject to us carrying out a site appraisal, but will normally allow a quick exit for those landowners that do not wish to be involved in the remediation process. This service has proved invaluable to some of our customers such as administrators and receivers, who wish to release as many assets as possible, and then walk away with no future legal implication.
